How it works

1. Activate all mana producing nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least 2.
2. Cast Dramatic Reversal by paying 1.
3. Chandra triggers, creating a copy of Dramatic Reversal.
4. Activate Errant by paying 1 and tapping it, creating a copy of the Dramatic Reversal copy.
5. Resolve the first Dramatic Reversal copy, untapping all nonland permanents you control.
6. Activate all mana producing nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least 2.
7. Repeat from step 4.

This loop hinges on a brilliant cascade of spell-copying and untapping: when you cast Dramatic Reversal, Chandra, Hope's Beacon steps in to copy it on your very first cast each turn. Meanwhile, Errant, Street Artist uses its activated ability to copy that copied spell—since the copy wasn't cast, it's a legal target for Errant's restriction! As those copies resolve and untap your entire board of nonland permanents, you can tap them again for mana to fuel the loop infinitely.
