How it works

1. Activate Budoka Gardener // Dokai, Weaver of Life by tapping it, putting Oboro from your hand onto the battlefield.
2. When Oboro enters the battlefield, Elven Raft-Steerer triggers, untapping Budoka Gardener // Dokai, Weaver of Life.
3. Activate Oboro's first ability by tapping it, adding .
4. Activate Oboro's second ability by paying 1, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
5. Repeat.
6. Activate Budoka Gardener // Dokai, Weaver of Life by tapping it, putting Oboro, Palace in the Clouds from your hand onto the battlefield.
7. When Oboro, Palace in the Clouds enters the battlefield, it and Elven Raft-Steerer trigger.
8. Resolve the Oboro, Palace in the Clouds trigger, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
9. Resolve the Elven Raft-Steerer trigger, untapping Budoka Gardener // Dokai, Weaver of Life.
10. Repeat.
