How it works

1. Activate Lotus Petal by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
2. Cast Dargo from the command zone by paying .
3. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Dargo.
4. Choose to return Dargo to the command zone from your graveyard.
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing you to mill cards equal to Dargo's power.
6. Cast Lotus Petal from your graveyard by paying 0 and exiling three other cards from your graveyard.
7. Repeat.
8. Once you have milled your library, you may target other players using Altar of Dementia's ability.

This loop relies on Dargo, the Shipwrecker's remarkably low effective cost when sent back to the command zone and Underworld Breach granting escape to recast your resources. You start by using Lotus Petal to generate the red mana needed to cast Dargo, who then gets sacrificed to Altar of Dementia to mill your library based on his massive power. Underworld Breach lets you continuously pay zero mana to escape Lotus Petal from your graveyard by exiling your growing pile of spent cards, fueling the exact mana needed to send Dargo back out repeatedly.
