How it works

1. Activate Bloom Tender by tapping it, adding at least 3
2. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Bloom Tender.
3. Repeat

This clever pairing turns Bloom Tender into an absolute powerhouse by bridging the gap between its color-matching mana production and Voltaic Construct's untap ability. Normally, Bloom Tender is limited by its need to tap and rest, but with Encroaching Mycosynth on the field turning all nonland permanents into artifacts, Voltaic Construct gains the legal target it needs to untap our precious druid. By using a portion of the mana generated by Bloom Tender to pay for Voltaic Construct's untapping cost, you loop the process to yield infinite mana of any color your board can produce.
