How it works

1. Activate The Notary Hobbits by tapping it, adding at least CCC
2. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping The Notary Hobbits.
3. Repeat

By turning every permanent you control into an artifact with Encroaching Mycosynth, you open the door for Voltaic Construct to target and untap *any* of your creatures, not just natural artifact creatures. This is where The Notary Hobbits shines: when they enter the battlefield, they breed non-legendary copies of themselves, rapidly multiplying your Halfling count and ramping the mana produced by their tap ability. Once you have enough of them out to generate more than the {2} cost required to untap, you can use Voltaic Construct to repeatedly untap your primary mana producer—the original The Notary Hobbits—to loop the process indefinitely for infinite colorless mana and infinite untaps.
