How it works

  1. During an opponent's turn, after their upkeep step, activate all mana-producing lands you control by tapping them, adding at least 6U manaU mana.
  2. Cast Reset by paying U manaU mana, untapping all lands you control.
  3. Activate Urza by paying 6, creating a token copy of Mnemonic Wall that is a 1/1 Soldier in addition to its other types.
  4. When the Mnemonic Wall token enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Reset to your hand from your graveyard.
  5. Repeat.
  6. If lands you control can tap to proudce at least 7U manaU mana, this combo nets infinite mana, which can be used to activate Urza's ability infinitely and/or cast Reset choosing its other modes.

This ingenious loop turns your entire board into an unstoppable engine, starting with Encroaching Mycosynth ensuring that Mnemonic Wall and all your other nonland permanents are treated as artifacts. This allows Urza, Prince of Kroog to pay six mana to forge a fresh Mnemonic Wall token copy, whose enter-the-battlefield trigger immediately plucks Reset out of your graveyard and back into your hand. Because Reset can be cast during an opponent's turn to untap all your lands, you can easily net enough mana to fuel Urza's copy ability over and over again. As long as your lands produce at least {7}{U}{U}, this sequence cascades into infinite mana, infinite storm count, and an overwhelming army of bolstered artifact creature tokens.
