How it works

3. At the beginning of your end step, The Mighty Thor triggers, blinking Ultimecia, Omnipotent. It'll enter the battlefield as Ultimecia, Time Sorceress.
4. When Ultimecia, Time Sorceress enters, it triggers, causing you to surveil 2.
5. Repeat each turn.
