How it works

1. Deal combat damage using the creature that has Breath of Fury attached.
2. Breath of Fury and Aya of Alexandria trigger.
3. Resolve the Aya of Alexandria trigger, creating a 1/1 Assassin creature token.
4. Resolve the Breath of Fury trigger, causing you to sacrifice the creature it is attached to, then attach Breath of Fury to the Assassin token, then causing you to untap all creatures you control and to get an additional combat phase after this one.
5. Repeat each combat phase.

This elegant loop is enabled by Encroaching Mycosynth, which turns Aya of Alexandria—and every other nonland permanent you control—into an artifact, making them all historic. With that foundation set, Tannuk, Steadfast Second ensures your newly minted tokens can immediately join the fray by granting them haste. You attach Breath of Fury to your attacker, and when it connects with a player, Breath of Fury sacrifices that creature to move to the 1/1 Assassin token created by Aya of Alexandria's triggered ability. That transfer untaps all your creatures and grants an infinite string of additional combat phases, letting your Assassin repeat the cycle over and over again.
