How it works

1. Activate Thermopod's second ability by sacrificing Nyxborn Rollicker, adding .
2. When Nyxborn Rollicker dies, Mortuary and Ashiok's Reaper trigger.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Nyxborn Rollicker on top of your library from your graveyard.
4. Resolve the Ashiok's Render trigger, causing you to draw Nyxborn Rollicker from your library.
5. Cast Nyxborn Rollicker by paying .
6. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the unassuming Nyxborn Rollicker into a self-sustaining engine by exploiting its status as both a creature and an enchantment. When you sacrifice it to Thermopod for red mana, Mortuary catches the dying creature and stacks it back onto your library, while Ashiok's Reaper simultaneously rewards you by drawing it right back into your hand. Because Nyxborn Rollicker costs only a single red mana to recast, the mana produced by Thermopod's sacrifice fully funds its return, leaving you with an unbroken cycle that generates infinite storm count, creature triggers, and card draws.
