How it works

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing one of your Sorcerer's Broom creatures, adding CC.
  2. The surviving Sorcerer's Broom and Zulaport Cutthroat each trigger.
  3. Resolve Zulaport Cutthroat's trigger, gaining 1 life and causing each opponent to lose 1 life.
  4. Resolve Sorcerer's Broom's trigger, paying 3 to create a token copy of Sorcerer's Broom.
  5. Carnival of Souls triggers, causing you to lose 1 life and add B mana.
  6. Repeat.
