How it works

1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Karmic Guide.
2. When Karmic Guide dies, Zulaport Cutthroat triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and each opponent to lose 1 life.
3. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
4. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Junji.
5. When Junji dies, it and Zulaport Cutthroat trigger.
6. Resolve the Zulaport Cutthroat trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and each opponent to lose 1 life.
7. Resolve the Junji trigger, returning Karmic Guide from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose 2 life.
8. When Karmic Guide enters, it triggers, returning Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield.
9. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
10. Repeat.
