How it works

1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Aether Channeler, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
2. Activate Mana Vault by tapping it, adding CCC.
3. Cast the other artifact with MV<=2 by paying at most 2.
4. Teshar triggers, returning Aether Channeler from your graveyard to the battlefield.
5. When Aether Channeler enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Mana Vault from the battlefield to your hand.
6. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Aether Channeler, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
7. Cast Mana Vault by paying 0.
8. Teshar triggers, returning Aether Channeler from your graveyard to the battlefield.
9. When Aether Channeler enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning the other artifact from the battlefield to your hand.
10. Repeat.

This elegant loop relies on Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle acting as your engine, triggering its graveyard-recursion ability every time you cast a historic spell like Mana Vault or another cheap artifact. When Aether Channeler enters the battlefield, its versatility lets you bounce your own mana sources or artifacts back to your hand, continuously resetting them to be recast and feeding your historic triggers. Meanwhile, Bartolomé del Presidio provides the necessary sacrifice outlet to send Aether Channeler back to the graveyard while growing larger with infinite +1/+1 counters.
