How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Thran Dynamo by tapping them, adding CCC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2.
3. Elsha's prowess ability triggers, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
4. Resolve Ghostly Flicker, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Thran Dynamo.
5. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
6. Repeat.

This elegant loop transforms Thran Dynamo and Mystic Sanctuary into a self-sustaining engine by repeatedly refreshing their state with Ghostly Flicker. As Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield untapped, its ability places Ghostly Flicker right back onto the top of your library, where Elsha of the Infinite’s static ability allows you to cast it again with flash. Thran Dynamo provides the exact mana needed to pay for the spell each iteration while generating a surplus, and Elsha of the Infinite even grows larger with every casting thanks to prowess.
