How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Mana Vault by tapping them, adding CCC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2.
3. Elsha's prowess ability triggers, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
4. Resolve Ghostly Flicker, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Mana Vault.
5. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
6. Repeat.

This loop turns the battlefield into an engine of endless iteration by leveraging Mystic Sanctuary's ability to recycle spells right back to the top of your library. From that vantage point, Elsha of the Infinite lets you cast Ghostly Flicker off the top as though it had flash over and over again, continually resetting both the land and Mana Vault. While Mana Vault provides the colorless energy required to keep the sequence running, Mystic Sanctuary supplies the blue mana needed to cast the flicker itself, turning your mana rocks and lands into an endless loop that pumps Elsha through prowess with infinite storm and enter-the-battlefield triggers.
