How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Grim Monolith by tapping them, adding CCC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2.
3. Elsha's prowess ability triggers, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
4. Resolve Ghostly Flicker, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Grim Monolith
5. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
6. Repeat.

This brilliant loop turns Elsha of the Infinite into a command center for an endless arcane sequence, letting you peer at the top of your library and cast Ghostly Flicker repeatedly right off the top with flash. Grim Monolith fuels the spellcasting engine by providing the necessary mana, and you can pay to untap it while also tapping Mystic Sanctuary for blue mana. Every time Ghostly Flicker resolves, it blinks both the Monolith and the Sanctuary; because Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, its ability triggers to place Ghostly Flicker right back on top of your library to do it all over again.
