How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Sisay's Ring by tapping them, adding CC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2.
3. Elsha's prowess ability triggers, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn
4. Resolve Ghostly Flicker, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Sisay's Ring.
5. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
6. Repeat.

This brilliant loop harnesses the top-deck mastery of Elsha of the Infinite to cast spells right from your library with flash, while her prowess ability turns the constant stream of noncreature spells into a massive, growing threat. You fund the core casting of Ghostly Flicker using the colorless mana from Sisay's Ring, and when the flicker resolves, it blinks both the mana producer and Mystic Sanctuary. Because Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield untapped, its triggered ability intercepts your graveyard to immediately place Ghostly Flicker back on top of your library, setting up the exact same sequence to repeat indefinitely.
