How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Sceptre of Eternal Glory by tapping them, adding CCC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2.
3. Elsha's prowess ability triggers, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
4. Resolve Ghostly Flicker, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Sceptre of Eternal Glory.
5. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
6. Repeat.

This loop transforms a simple blink spell into an infinite engine by continually recycling your land drops and mana sources. You start by tapping Sceptre of Eternal Glory for a surplus of mana and Mystic Sanctuary for blue, which funds the casting of Ghostly Flicker to exile both permanents. Because Elsha of the Infinite lets you play noncreature spells right off the top of your library with flash, you can immediately cast the very same Ghostly Flicker you just placed back on top. When Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield untapped thanks to the blink, its triggered ability puts Ghostly Flicker back on your library, feeding the loop infinitely while growing Elsha of the Infinite to astronomical proportions with prowess.
