How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Ur-Golem's Eye by tapping them, adding CC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2.
3. Elsha's prowess ability triggers, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
4. Resolve Ghostly Flicker, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Ur-Golem's Eye.
5. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop harnesses Elsha of the Infinite as an engine, letting you cast noncreature spells directly from the top of your library with flash. By using Ur-Golem's Eye to generate part of the mana required, you fuel Ghostly Flicker to constantly reset your board state. Every time Ghostly Flicker resolves, it blinks both Ur-Golem's Eye and Mystic Sanctuary, and Mystic Sanctuary's entry trigger conveniently places Ghostly Flicker right back on top of your library to repeat the process indefinitely.
