How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Lavabrink Floodgates by tapping them, adding .
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2.
3. Elsha's prowess ability triggers, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
4. Resolve Ghostly Flicker, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Lavabrink Floodgates
5. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the lands themselves into an engine, using Lavabrink Floodgates and Mystic Sanctuary as your mana sources to cast and recast Ghostly Flicker entirely from the top of your library. Thanks to Elsha of the Infinite, you can look at the top card of your library at any time and cast noncreature spells from it as though they had flash, allowing you to seamlessly replay the flicker spell the moment it returns. Every iteration blinks Mystic Sanctuary so it re-enters untapped to place Ghostly Flicker right back on top of your library, creating an infinite cycle of triggers while generating a massive prowess bonus for Elsha along the way.
