How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Basalt Monolith by tapping them, adding CCC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2.
3. Elsha's prowess ability triggers, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
4. Resolve Ghostly Flicker, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Basalt Monolith
5. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
6. Repeat.

This elegant loop relies on Elsha of the Infinite to let you cast noncreature spells right off the top of your library with flash, turning your library into an active extension of your hand. You cast Ghostly Flicker to target both Basalt Monolith and Mystic Sanctuary, blinking them away and bringing them back fresh. Every time Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield untapped, its triggered ability swoops in to place Ghostly Flicker right back on top of your library, perfectly positioned for Elsha to cast it again. Meanwhile, Basalt Monolith provides the raw colorless mana needed to fund the flicker while tapping alongside Mystic Sanctuary, allowing this self-sustaining engine to generate infinite mana, storm count, and endless entry triggers.
