How it works

1. Activate Traxos by tapping it, adding .
2. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
4. Elsha and Traxos trigger.
5. Resolve the Elsha trigger, giving itself +1/+1 until end of turn.
6. Resolve the Traxos trigger, untapping it.
7. Repeat.

This ingenious loop transforms Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining engine by tapping it to draw itself and place it right back on top of your library. Elsha of the Infinite provides the vital top-deck casting permission to play that Top again at instant speed, while Citanul Hierophants turns Traxos, Scourge of Kroog into a mana dork that generates the green mana needed to pay for the Top's activation cost. Finally, because casting Sensei's Divining Top counts as a historic spell, it triggers Traxos, Scourge of Kroog to untap, ensuring the whole process can be repeated endlessly for massive storm counts and infinite card draw.
