How it works

  1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
  2. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least 1.
  3. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping the mana-producing permanent.
  4. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
  5. Elsha's prowess ability triggers, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn
  6. Repeat.
