How it works

1. Activate Traxos by tapping it, adding 1.
2. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
4. Elsha and Traxos trigger.
5. Resolve the Elsha trigger, giving itself +1/+1 until end of turn.
6. Resolve the Traxos trigger, untapping it.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the top of your library into an endless engine by leveraging Elsha of the Infinite, which allows you to cast noncreature spells from that top position as though they had flash. You tap Traxos, Scourge of Kroog to fund Sensei's Divining Top using Cryptolith Rite's mana-producing ability, then draw a card while tucking the Top neatly back onto your library. Casting the Top right back out triggers Elsha for prowess and simultaneously satisfies Traxos's condition by casting a historic spell, untapping the massive construct so you can tap it for mana all over again.
