How it works

1. Activate Traxos by tapping it, adding 1.
2. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
4. Elsha and Traxos trigger.
5. Resolve the Elsha trigger, giving itself +1/+1 until end of turn.
6. Resolve the Traxos trigger, untapping it.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the top of your library into an endless engine by leveraging Elsha of the Infinite, which grants you permission to cast noncreature spells directly from your library as though they had flash. You start by tapping Paradise Mantle, equipped to Traxos, Scourge of Kroog, to generate the mana needed to recast artifacts. That mana funds Sensei's Divining Top, which draws you a card and promptly puts itself back on top of your library where Elsha can immediately recast it. Every time you cast the Top, Elsha triggers to grow larger with prowess while Traxos untaps itself in response to the historic spell, keeping your mana source ready for the next iteration.
