How it works

1. Activate Relic of Legends' second ability by tapping Traxos, adding 1.
2. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
4. Elsha and Traxos trigger.
5. Resolve the Elsha trigger, giving itself +1/+1 until end of turn.
6. Resolve the Traxos trigger, untapping it.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the top of your library into an endless engine by combining Elsha of the Infinite's ability to cast noncreature spells from the top with Sensei's Divining Top's unique knack for replacing itself on your library. As you continuously cast the Top, Elsha’s prowess trigger pumps its power sky-high while generating your card draw. Meanwhile, Traxos, Scourge of Kroog acts as the crucial untapping linchpin; every historic Top cast untaps the massive legendary, allowing you to tap Traxos to Relic of Legends' second ability for the mana needed to cast the Top all over again.
