How it works

1. Activate Traxos by tapping it, adding 1.
2. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
4. Elsha and Traxos trigger.
5. Resolve the Elsha trigger, giving itself +1/+1 until end of turn.
6. Resolve the Traxos trigger, untapping it.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the unassuming Sensei's Divining Top into an infinite engine by leveraging the topdeck-casting permissions granted by Elsha of the Infinite. Because Elsha lets you cast artifacts from the top of your library as though they had flash, you can continuously recast the Top every time you draw it. Meanwhile, Traxos, Scourge of Kroog provides the crucial untapping mechanism—since casting the historic Top triggers Traxos to untap, you can tap Traxos for mana using the ability granted by Enduring Vitality to pay the {1} required to cast the Top again.
