How it works

1. Activate Traxos by tapping it, adding 1.
2. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
4. Elsha and Traxos trigger.
5. Resolve the Elsha trigger, giving itself +1/+1 until end of turn.
6. Resolve the Traxos trigger, untapping it.
7. Repeat.

This loop transforms your library into a self-sustaining engine by leveraging Elsha of the Infinite's ability to let you cast noncreature spells directly from the top of your deck. You simply tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place the Top itself back on top of your library, where Elsha lets you recast it for one mana. Meanwhile, A Realm Reborn provides the color fixing needed to continuously pay for that casting cost using the very permanents you control. Every time you cast the Top, Traxos, Scourge of Kroog untaps thanks to its trigger recognizing the historic artifact spell, allowing you to tap Traxos back down for more mana to keep the entire cycle spinning indefinitely.
