How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.
3. Elsha's prowess ability triggers, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
4. Repeat

This clever setup turns a modest artifact into an endless engine by leveraging Elsha of the Infinite's ability to cast noncreature spells directly from the top of your library. Normally, recasting Sensei's Divining Top would cost its usual mana, but Cemetery Prowler quietly alters the math by reducing the cost of artifact spells you cast based on the cards it has exiled. With that discount driving the casting cost down to zero, tapping Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place it back on top of your library creates a seamless loop that feeds itself forever.
