How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.
3. Elsha's prowess ability triggers, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
4. Repeat

This elegant loop turns your library into your hand by leveraging Elsha of the Infinite's passive ability to cast noncreature spells directly from the top of your library with flash. By naming artifact with Stenn, Paranoid Partisan as it enters the battlefield, you reduce the cost of Sensei's Divining Top from {1} down to free. Because the Top can tap to draw a card and place itself back on top of your library, you can continuously recast it from the top, generating infinite draw triggers, a massive storm count, and an infinitely large Elsha thanks to her prowess ability.
