How it works
- Activate Poison Dart Frog's first ability by tapping it, adding 1.
- Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield onto the top of your library.
- Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
- Elsha of the Infinite's prowess ability and Valley Floodcaller trigger.
- Resolve the Valley Floodcaller trigger, giving Birds, Otters, Frogs and Rats you control +1/+1 until end of turn and untapping them.
- Resolve the Elsha of the Infinite trigger, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
- Repeat.
This elegant setup turns a humble artifact into an endless engine by leveraging Elsha of the Infinite's ability to let you cast noncreature spells directly from the top of your library. With Poison Dart Frog providing the mana to continually pay for Sensei's Divining Top, you can repeatedly draw a card while putting the Top right back onto your library to cast it again. Meanwhile, Valley Floodcaller acts as the crucial linchpin, untapping your Frog each time you cast that noncreature spell so the mana can keep flowing.
