How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.
3. Elsha's prowess ability triggers, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
4. Repeat

By leveraging Samut, the Driving Force's speed-based cost reduction to make noncreature spells cost {X} less, you can completely offset the mana value of casting Sensei's Divining Top. Elsha of the Infinite provides the crucial topdeck access needed to cast the artifact directly from your library while granting prowess triggers that grow your creatures into an overwhelming force. Once this engine is running, you simply tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place it back on top of your library, immediately recast it for free through Elsha, and repeat the loop to draw your entire deck and generate a massive storm count.
