How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.
3. Elsha's prowess ability triggers, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
4. Repeat

This clever loop is built around the unique synergy between Elsha of the Infinite and Sensei's Divining Top, allowing you to continually cast the artifact directly from the top of your library thanks to Elsha's static ability granting permission to play noncreature spells from there. Because Sensei's Divining Top replaces its own resolution by drawing a card and placing itself back on top of your library, you can repeat this cycle endlessly without ever needing to spend mana. While you could normally be bottlenecked by casting costs, Voyager Quickwelder steps in as a cost reducer that makes your artifact spells cost {1} less, perfectly offsetting the casting cost of Sensei's Divining Top. As you cycle through this loop, Elsha of the Infinite's prowess ability triggers on every single iteration, swelling its power to astronomical heights while generating an endless stream of draws, triggers, and storm count.
