How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.
3. Elsha's prowess ability triggers, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
4. Repeat

This clever engine uses Elsha of the Infinite to peer into your library and directly cast noncreature spells from the top, turning Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining loop. By tapping Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place it back on top of your library, you can immediately recast the artifact from the top for free, a cost made possible because Temur Battlecrier's discount reduces its mana requirement to zero. As you endlessly cycle the artifact back and forth, Elsha of the Infinite's prowess keeps pumping up its power into the stratosphere while generating an endless stream of draw triggers and a massive storm count.
