How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.
3. Elsha's prowess ability triggers, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
4. Repeat

This elegant engine turns your library into a self-replenishing resource by leveraging Elsha of the Infinite, who grants you the ability to cast noncreature spells from the very top of your deck as though they had flash. You tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place the Top back onto the top of your library, where Elsha then allows you to immediately cast it again for free. Meanwhile, Gran-Gran reduces the cost of your noncreature spells while turning her own tapping into additional loot triggers, ensuring the whole loop runs smoothly. By repeating this cycle, you generate endless card draw, a towering prowess threat, and a massive storm count.
