How it works

1. Cast Trickery Charm by paying , causing Ley Weaver to become an Elf until end of turn.
2. Activate The Core by tapping it, adding at least .
3. Activate Ley Weaver by tapping it, untapping Wirewood Lodge and The Core.
4. Activate Wirewood Lodge's second ability by paying and tapping it, untapping Ley Weaver.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This intricate loop transforms Ley Weaver into a mana-generating engine by using Trickery Charm to temporarily turn it into an Elf, allowing Wirewood Lodge to untap it on command. Once Ley Weaver's tap ability targets Wirewood Lodge and The Core (the back face of Matzalantli, the Great Door), you can continuously retap the lands to fuel the entire sequence. As Wirewood Lodge untaps Ley Weaver using the green mana generated along the way, you net infinite colored mana and infinite untaps of your lands.
