Activate Forbidden Orchard by tapping it, adding .
Forbidden Orchard triggers, causing an opponent to create a 1/1 Spirit creature token.
Activate Wirewood Lodge's first ability by tapping it, adding C.
Cast The Meathook Massacre by paying 1.
When The Meathook Massacre enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, giving each creature -1/-1 until end of turn.
All Spirit tokens your opponents control die as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness.
The Meathook Massacre's third ability triggers for each Spirit that dies this way, causing you to gain that much life.
This clever loop uses Argothian Elder to continuously untap both Wirewood Lodge and Forbidden Orchard, generating an infinite supply of green mana and opponent Spirit tokens. While Wirewood Lodge fuels the untapping process by targeting the Elder, Forbidden Orchard provides the mana while conveniently populating the board. Finally, casting The Meathook Massacre utilizes its initial -X/-X entry trigger to instantly wipe out all those newly created Spirit tokens, turning their deaths into an unstoppable stream of infinite lifegain.
