How it works
Cast Reincarnation by paying its mana cost.
Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying its mana cost.
When Dualcaster Mage enters, it triggers, copying Reincarnation, with the copy targeting Dualcaster Mage.
Resolve the copy of Reincarnation.
Holding priority, activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage.
When Dualcaster Mage dies, Reincarnation triggers, returning Dualcaster Mage from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Repeat from step 3.
Resolve all Phantom Train abilities from step 5.
This clever loop relies on the constant rebirth of Dualcaster Mage to continually copy the original Reincarnation spell on the stack. Because Reincarnation leaves a delayed trigger waiting for the chosen creature to die, Phantom Train provides the necessary sacrifice outlet to trigger it right away while growing itself with +1/+1 counters. Every iteration brings Dualcaster Mage back to the battlefield to copy Reincarnation anew, effortlessly generating infinite sacrifice, death, and magecraft triggers.
