How it works

1. Cast Electrodominance, choosing X=3, but paying due to Rowan.
2. Holding priority, cast Reiterate with buyback by paying due to Rowan
3. Resolve Reiterate, copying Electrodominance and returning Reiterate to your hand.
4. Resolve the copy of Electrodominance, dealing 3 damage to any target, and allowing you to pay 0 to cast Reiterate with buyback due to Electrodominance and Rowan's cost reductions.
5. Repeat from step 3.
