How it works

1. Cast Diamond Lion by paying 2.
2. When Diamond Lion enters, Sai of the Shinobi triggers, attaching itself to Diamond Lion.
3. Activate Diamond Lion by tapping it, sacrificing it and discarding your hand, adding three mana of any color.
4. When Diamond Lion dies, Koll triggers, returning Diamond Lion from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns a modest artifact into a self-sustaining mana engine by turning its demise into a homecoming. Thanks to Tyvar, Jubilant Brawler granting his haste-like ability, Diamond Lion can tap and sacrifice itself immediately to dump its mana into your pool, while Sai of the Shinobi effortlessly re-equips upon entry to keep the requirement met. When that sacrifice triggers the Lion's final breath, Koll, the Forgemaster steps in to scoop the creature right back to your hand for another round.
