How it works

1. Activate Dollhouse of Horrors by paying 1, tapping it and exiling Tree of Perdition from your graveyard, creating a token copy of Tree of Perdition that is a 0/0 Construct with haste.
2. When the Tree of Perdition token enters the battlefield, Warstorm Surge triggers.
3. Holding priority, activate the Tree of Perdition token by tapping it, swapping an opponent's life total with Tree of Perdition's toughness.
4. Resolve the Warstorm Surge trigger, causing the Tree of Perdition token to deal damage equal to its power to the opponent whose life total was swapped.
5. The opponent loses the game due to having zero or les life.

This clever loop exploits a clever quirk of the stack to turn a defensive wall into a lethal strike. By utilizing Dollhouse of Horrors, you can pluck Tree of Perdition out of your graveyard as a fresh 0/0 token copy that immediately triggers Warstorm Surge upon entering the battlefield. Before that damage trigger can resolve, you tap the newly created Tree of Perdition token to swap your opponent's life total with its toughness, dropping them instantly to zero life. Because the Warstorm Surge damage trigger resolves right after, it finishes off the opponent to seal the game.
