How it works

1. Activate Twisted Sewer-Witch by paying 2, blinking it.
2. When Twisted Sewer-Witch enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Twisted Sewer-Witch.
4. Resolve the Twisted Sewer-Witch trigger, creating a 1/1 Rat creature token, and then creating a Wicked Role Aura token attached to each Rat you control.
5. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Rat, adding 2.
6. The Wicked Role token triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life.

This cunning loop turns the humble Rat into an engine of endless doom by leveraging the soulbond ability of Deadeye Navigator to repeatedly blink Twisted Sewer-Witch for fresh token production. As the Sewer-Witch re-enters the battlefield, it floods your board with new Rats and Wicked Roles, which are immediately fed into Ashnod's Altar for the mana required to keep the Navigator's blink ability firing. Meanwhile, Mycosynth Lattice quietly ensures all your permanents and mana flow seamlessly while providing the universal color fixing that ties the whole machinery together. Every time a sacrificed Rat takes its Wicked Role to the grave, its tragic end drains your opponents' life totals down to zero.
