How it works

1. Activate Diregraf Horde by paying 1, blinking it.
2. When Diregraf Horde enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability triggers.
3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Diregraf Horde.
4. Resolve the Diregraf Horde trigger, creating two 2/2 Zombie creature tokens.
5. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the Zombies, adding CCCC.
6. Activate Crossroads Candleguide by paying 2, adding .
7. Repeat.

By pairing Deadeye Navigator with Diregraf Horde, you gain a repeatable way to blink the Horde for blue mana, constantly refreshing its entry trigger to flood the board with decayed Zombie tokens. Those tokens are promptly fed to Ashnod's Altar to fuel the engine, providing both the colorless mana to keep the loop going and the surplus needed to convert into blue mana using Crossroads Candleguide's mana ability.
