How it works

1. Cast Shivan Meteor by paying 3, dealing 13 damage to Tangled Colony.
2. Tangled Colony dies as a state-based action due to having less than 0 toughness.
3. Tangled Colony triggers, creating thirteen 1/1 Rat creature tokens.
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar eleven times by sacrificing eleven Rats, adding 6.
5. Activate Greenwarden of Murasa by paying 1, blinking it.
6. When Greenwarden of Murasa enters the battlefield, its first ability and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
7. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Greenwarden of Murasa.
8. Resolve the Greenwarden of Murasa trigger, returning Tangled Colony to your hand from your graveyard.
9. Repeat from step 5 one additional time, returning Shivan Meteor to your hand using Greenwarden of Murasa instead.
10. Cast Tangled Colony by paying 1.
11. Repeat.

This explosive loop uses Shivan Meteor's massive thirteen damage dealt to Tangled Colony to spawn a legion of thirteen 1/1 Rat creature tokens upon its death. By sacrificing eleven of those Rats to Phyrexian Altar, you generate the exact mana required to fuel the blink ability granted by Deadeye Navigator. This continuous blinking is channeled through Greenwarden of Murasa, whose entrance trigger allows you to recur both Tangled Colony and Shivan Meteor from your graveyard right back to your hand to restart the entire engine.
