How it works

1. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least .
2. Activate Tishana by paying 1, blinking it.
3. When Tishana enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
4. Resolve the Tishana trigger, causing you to draw a card for each creature you control.
5. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Tishana.
6. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping the mana-producing permanent.
7. Activate the mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least .
8. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping the mana-producing permanent.
9. Repeat.
10. If you control additional creatures and/or the mana-producing permanent produces at least 1, this combo nets near-infinite mana and near-infinite card draw.

This fascinating loop is centered around Mind Over Matter, which uses your hand as fuel by letting you discard a card to untap a mana-producing permanent. That untap power feeds the activation cost for Deadeye Navigator's blink ability, which constantly resets Tishana, Voice of Thunder. Each time Tishana returns to the battlefield, its enters-the-battlefield trigger draws you a fresh influx of cards, constantly replenishing your hand so Mind Over Matter never runs out of ammunition while also growing Tishana's power and toughness to astronomical heights.
