How it works

1. Activate Ignis by paying 1, blinking it.
2. When Ignis enters, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Ignis.
4. Resolve the Ignis trigger, causing you to look at the top six cards of your library and put a land card from among them onto the battlefield untapped due to Spelunking
5. If you put a land onto the battlefield this way, Lotus Cobra triggers, adding .
6. Activate the land by tapping it, adding at least 1.
7. Repeat.

This delightfully flavorful loop turns Ignis Scientia's entry ability into a continuous engine by harnessing Deadeye Navigator to repeatedly blink it off the battlefield and back on. Because Spelunking ensures that every land entered through Ignis's trigger arrives completely untapped, you can immediately tap that land for mana while Lotus Cobra feeds the loop further by generating an extra mana of any color on each landfall.
