How it works

1. Activate Sharuum the Hegemon by paying 1, blinking it.
2. When Sharuum the Hegemon enters the battlefield, it, Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability and Monkey Cage trigger.
3. Resolve the Sharuum the Hegemon trigger, returning any artifact from your graveyard to the battlefield.
4. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Sharuum the Hegemon.
5. Resolve the Monkey Cage trigger, causing you to sacrifice it and create six 2/2 Ape creature tokens.
6. Activate Phyrexian Altar four times by sacrificing four Apes, adding 2.
7. Activate Sharuum the Hegemon by paying 1, blinking it.
8. When Sharuum the Hegemon enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
9. Resolve the Sharuum the Hegemon trigger, returning Monkey Cage from your graveyard to the battlefield.
10. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Sharuum the Hegemon.
11. Repeat.

This elegant loop uses Deadeye Navigator and its soulbond ability to repeatedly blink Sharuum the Hegemon, whose entry trigger brings back Monkey Cage from your graveyard each cycle. Every time Sharuum re-enters, Monkey Cage triggers and forces its own sacrifice to flood the board with 2/2 green Monkey tokens. Those tokens are then fed directly into Phyrexian Altar to generate the exact mana needed to fuel Deadeye Navigator's blink ability once again.
