How it works

1. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least .
2. Activate Mulldrifter by paying 1, blinking it.
3. When Mulldrifter enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond abilities trigger.
4. Resolve the Mulldrifter trigger, causing you to draw two cards.
5. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Mulldrifter.
6. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping the mana-producing permanent.
7. Activate the permanent by tapping it, adding at least .
8. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping the mana-producing permanent.
9. Repeat.

This clever loop puts Deadeye Navigator's soulbond to work by continuously blinking Mulldrifter with its granted ability, drawing you two cards every time it re-enters the battlefield. To fuel this engine, Mind Over Matter steps in to let you discard those newly drawn cards, untapping your mana source to pay for each flicker. Once the navigator is bonded and the pieces are in place, you simply cycle through your deck while churning out endless creature entry and exit triggers.
