How it works

1. Activate Deadeye Navigator by paying 1, blinking Smaug.
2. When Smaug enters, its first ability and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Smaug.
4. Resolve the Smaug trigger, creating a number of untapped Treasure tokens due to Archelos.
5. Activate two Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 1.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop leverages Archelos, Lagoon Mystic to turn Smaug, Wicked Worm's normally restrictive treasure generation into an explosive engine. Because Archelos ensures permanents enter untapped when he is untapped, the Treasure tokens generated upon Smaug's repeated entries hit the battlefield ready to be sacrificed immediately. You can then use Deadeye Navigator—paired with Smaug via soulbond—to perpetually blink the dragon by reinvesting the mana produced by those very treasures.
