How it works

1. Cast Exhume by paying its mana cost
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Exhume.
4. Holding priority, activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Naru Meha.
5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Exhume
6. Resolve the Exhume copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This loop creates a self-sustaining cycle of recursion by using Exhume to pull Naru Meha, Master Wizard right back out of the graveyard every single time she hits it. Altar of Dementia provides the necessary sacrifice outlet to bin Naru Meha in response to her own copy trigger, allowing her newly generated copy of Exhume to legally target her in the graveyard and restart the process. Because Exhume brings back a creature for *each* player, your opponents are also forced to empty their graveyards onto the battlefield while you endlessly mill them out and trigger infinite deaths.
