How it works
Cast Exhume by paying its mana cost
Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Exhume.
Holding priority, activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Naru Meha.
Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Exhume
Resolve the Exhume copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Repeat from step 3.
This clever loop hinges on pairing Exhume with Naru Meha, Master Wizard to endlessly recur Naru Meha from the graveyard while copying the sorcery spell. Because Naru Meha's entry trigger allows you to copy Exhume while the original is still on the stack, you can continually sacrifice Naru Meha to Shilgengar, Sire of Famine's activated ability in response. Shilgengar happily converts those sacrifices into Blood tokens while setting up the exact graveyard resurrection needed to keep Naru Meha coming back for more.
